What does it mean ?

The rescue cylinder is a long buoy with integrated handles, allowing you to hang on to it, in order to avoid drowning.

For who ?

For anyone in danger or in the water (refugees, boat victims, etc...).

How does it work ?

The cylinder can be inflated and thrown from a boat by the rescuer while waiting for reinforcements for example. The handles allow the victims to be able to hang on it, so not getting tired.
